Warm up & Cool Down

We must stretch in our daily lives because as we get older, our bodies age, and the best thing, we can do for ourselves is to stretch in the morning before we start our day to improve our daily activities and before any workout or exercise as well as vice versa. Stretching helps the muscle blood flow; it can even decrease the risk of injuries and help our joints/body move to their full range of motion. The point is it’s essential to stretch, and it’ll make our lives much more accessible.
